Ian Walton is leaving the permanent line up of 4 Card Trick to pursue some other musical interests and opportunities. A gifted lead player, Ian has the opportunity to explore other areas that will better fulfill his long term ambitions and goals. He isn't going far away though!! Ian will remain closely linked to the band and the studio and will feature on future 4 Card Trick recorded projects as well as appearing with us when circumstances allow. We all wish Ian the very best for the future and have enjoyed his input and company over the past year.
Big John H
They say every cloud has a silver lining and we are delighted to welcome Big John H back into our fold. Many of you will remember that Glenn, Les and John first hit the scene back in the 90's as the Glenn Rogers Country Experience. John's unique stage craft and huge personality is alive and kicking and will bring a whole new dimension to what is already becoming the most talked about band on the scene.
John, together with Les, Jon, Glenn and Ian and complimented by John Permenter (is it my imagination or are there a lot of johns around this band?!!??), Cliff Weston, Nikky Napier and Sir Robert Hyman will be in the studio during October/November to record what promises to be one of the most important Brit produced country albums in years - watch this space!!
